Original 1959 MGA 1600. This car has been in the family for 40+ years. it was handed down from my father in law to my wife. I am not a MGA guy and don't know much about them however I have done my best with it. I have changed the SU carbs(saved carbs) for a Holly. I have converted the two 6 volts to a 12 volt battery. The water pump, radiator and fan have all been replaced. We have the top my need to be replaced maybe cleaned? clutch was replaced in 2017 I have new carpet ready to go in. Drain plug added. � New drive shaft. � New alloy fuel tank. I also have the original tank. � New fuel lines� Webber down draft carburetors from Pierce Manifolds (yes, I still have the original carbs). � Wheels stripped and power coated. New tires. The spare is an original 1970s redline good to use as a decoration on the wall of your garage. � New 65 amp alternator. Still have the original 35 amp alternator. � Electric pusher fan fitted. � I have modified the electrical system a bit (I�m a retired electrical engineer and can�t help myself). � I have lots of extra parts both new and old.
