This car is rust free, garage kept since the early 70's that I know of, probably it's entire life. 44,000 original miles, original engine and drive line. This car has never been restored, only maintained. I would call this more of a survivor car. The previous owner did what was needed over the years to keep the car in nice condition as have I. Original chrome and stainless, original glass, etc. all in very nice shape. New interior and top was done in the early 80's, has had one repaint in the late 70's. I would rate this a solid #3 car using Hagerty Insurance rating system. They value the car at 23,000. Runs and drives nice, top works. I just had the radiator rebuilt as it sprang a leak and the core was weak. This is a very nice example of a first year Bullet Bird.
