The RV has regular oil changes, as well as regular generator maintenance. A new automatic step motor was recently installed. New tires were installed in August of 2021. The Stabilizer bars on the awning were broken. The Wning still works, but the stabilizers don't. The Bunk bed had too much weight on it, while it wasn't fully deployed, so some of the screws are pulling out of the wall. A quote was received to repair both the awning and the bed at $2394.
