1953 Vincent Rapide Series C. Its in good original running condition. I only rode it to shows or breakfast once in a while. It has 441 kilometers on it. I put less than 100 of them on it. I have done very little to it since I owned it. Other than basic maintenance. Shortly after I purchased it, I had the magneto rebuilt with new magnets and windings. This made it start a lot easier. Its stored in my heated car garage. I have a few oil filters for it. Other than that, what you see is what you get. Used 1953 411 miles 1953 Vincent Rapide Series C. 1974 Kawasaki Z1 900 Original Muscle Bike for Sale

For sale is my beautiful 1974 Kawasaki Z1, true 70’s muscle bike. Always gets a ton of attention at bike night. Matching numbers engine to the frame being only 31 numbers off. Built in late 1973 makes this a early 1974. It has had many upgrades including professional paint 6 years ago, Avon tires, new dyna electronic ignition with new coils. Complete new wire harness, with both handlebar controls. The motor top end was rebuilt by the previous owner, and new clutch installed. The bike runs strong and shifts great, very tight and crisp trans. It still retains a original rare denco header that sounds great. Carbs have been jetted for the kn pod filters and exhaust but could use a little more tuning but runs great overall. Gas tank clean inside overall. The electric start isn ’t currently working, I’ve always kick started it and always fires up in a few kicks. The frame is painted with wrinkle paint, a common thing in the 70’s. It ’s been a street bike for most it ’s life till the previous owner has decided to put it back to more original condition. All lights work, chrome is nice overall, original wheels in good shape. Has a small oil leak I think coming from the stator cover gasket, haven ’t had time to change it. CLEAN TITLE that matches the frame vin. This bike is obviously not all original but still retains the look and function that it originally had. I built the bike to be a good rider instead of a restored show bike so the frame paint is rough but still has its original stickers. The body paint is show quality with RB’s graphics. The engine was rebuilt by the previous owner with fresh crank and top end. It has about a thousand miles on the rebuild now. The oil injection system is present and working. I replaced the clutch release mechanism with a low effort Ralf Gillie unit and a new clutch cable. I run a Pingel fuel tap so no leaks and has positive shutoff. In the past year I replaced the tires, and installed a heavy duty chain with new countershaft sprocket. I rebuilt the front brake caliper with new seals and a stainless piston, and new pads. All of the lights, signals etc work as they should. The bike has a new low speed coil, CDI unit and regulator, all from Jim Hobbs at Lakeland Electronics. No sense in riding around on 50 year old ignition components when new better parts are available. The manky old originals are included with the bike. The center stand has been modified so it actually works properly, and I installed a longer side stand so the bike doesn ’t lean way too far over. The stock side stand is included. The swingarm is powder coated with new brass bushings to replace the stock plastic parts. The bike still has its original chain oiler and “made in Japan ” spark plug holder. The bike starts easily with choke and runs very well. Clean and clear title.
