The Capri is still in its original color of Sapphire blue with only one external repaint in the early 1990s. The engine bay, trunk and door jambs are still original paint. In 2004 the owner had the original 4 speed manual gearbox changed to a 4 speed automatic overdrive transmission at a cost of $4,000. due to his health / age (easier to drive).
